MVC4: UserIsInRole - leider nicht möglich, SQL-Server-Datenbank

Question

bricht meinen Kopf um mit diesem zu verbinden, gestern war es in Ordnung und heute scheint es, um gebrochen zu werden:

Diese Linie die Fehler generiert:

der Fehler ist: Verbindung mit SQL Server-Datenbank nicht möglich.

Und wie gesagt wurde dies funktioniert gut für ein paar Tage, ich war den Standardbenutzer DB verwenden, die erstellt wird, wenn ein neues MVC4 Projekt zu machen.

Die DB-Tabellen scheinen in Ordnung, die Benutzer und Rollen existieren und sind nach wie vor.
