WPF - Set unterschiedlicher Größe für Canvas

Ich bin ein Resource für alle meine Ikonen wie dies mit:

Actual XAML:

Und:

Diese ist nicht sehr gut, es war Überläufe auf der Außenseite.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Größe eines Dynamic oder andere kluge Sache zu tun zu setzen?

Ihre Breiten von Canvas, Path(s) und ContentControl stimmen nicht überein.

Also, legen alles in einem ViewBox wie:

<Viewbox x:Key="Folder_2"> <Canvas> ... </Canvas></Viewbox>
