Operational Analytics - Zero-Client und Server-Protokolle Dokument

Mobile App sendet Protokolle an den Server über WLClientLogReceiver Adapter durch Aufruf der Methode WL.Logger.send(); Ich sehe die Protokolle von Mobile App im Anwendungsserver SystemOut.log über Terminal.

Die Operational Analytics-Konsole lädt jedoch keine Client- und Serverprotokolle. Es zeigt NULL-Dokumente in der Registerkarte Verwaltung. Aber es hat Dokumente für andere Transaktionen wie Sitzung, Adapter Anrufe, Gerät usw.

Bei dem Versuch, die Protokolle verwenden einige Schlüsselwörter suchen Server immer die folgenden Fehler in SystemOut.log Datei der Anwendung.

Dieses Problem wurde behoben, indem der classLoader von analytics-service.war auf parentLast gesetzt wurde.
