Die NHibernate Unterstützung von Menschen wiesen mich gerade in der richtigen Richtung, dies zu beheben.

Das Problem war, dass IIS nicht Berechtigungen hat das Windows \ Temp-Ordner zuzugreifen.

Ich ging zu den IIS AppPool> Erweiterte settigns> Identity

und änderte es auf Local (da bin ich der Admin auf meinem PC). Das hat es für mich behoben. Hoffe das hilft.
