Wenn Sie eine Lösung für die schnelle Verwendung von CVXOPT benötigen, würde ich empfehlen, die Anaconda-Python-Distribution zu installieren.

Es ist kostenlos und hat sehr gute Funktionen für die Installation und Verwaltung von 3rd-Party-Paketen.

Download anaconda und folgen Sie den Installationsanweisungen. Dann können Sie CVXOPT mit einem Befehl wie dem folgenden installieren.

$ conda install cvxopt
