Eclipse Juno kann meinen Arbeitsbereich nach dem Plugin-Update nicht öffnen

Question

Ich habe nur das Plugin in Eclipse Juno aktualisiert.

Genauer gesagt die GWT 2.5 development plugin.

Nachdem ich erfolgreich in installiert ist, und seine für restart.After darum gebeten, dass sie verlässt und wenn versucht, bekam zum Neustart einen Fehler

"Unable to open the workbench,see the error logs" 

Sorry für alle die Ausnahme von Logs Dumping, i did'nt finden irgendwelche Hinweise hier.

Probleme mit Eclipse-Arbeitsbereichen sind in der Regel schmerzhaft. Versuchen Sie, zu Ihrem Installationspfad zu gehen und configuration\org.eclipse.equinox.simpleconfigurator\ zu finden.

Öffnen Sie bundles.info und löschen Sie dann die niedrigere Version des doppelten Eintrags für org.eclipse.core.commands. Starten Sie dann die Eclipse mit der Option -clean neu.
