Nativer Erweiterungsfehler nach der Installation von Git & Heroku

Question

Ich habe seit gestern nach einer Lösung gesucht und alles, was ich versucht habe, führt zu einer Sackgasse.

Neu in RoR und durch Tutorials gehen. Alles funktionierte gut, bis ich mit der Einrichtung von GIT und Heroku begann. Ich musste jruby_windows und heroku-toolbelt installieren, und ich glaube, das hat alles verpfuscht.

Nun, wenn ich bundle install laufen erhalte ich folgende Ausgangsfehler

Dies ist wahrscheinlich eine offizielle Fix ist nicht. Ich habe es aufgegeben, verschiedene Dinge auszuprobieren, also habe ich mit dem railsinstaller neu installiert. Nach dem Einrichten der Dinge kann ich bundle install ohne Fehler.
