Projekt wird nicht von Maven Abhängigkeiten erkennen

bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung, wenn ich mein Projekt maven install:

Diese Abhängigkeiten alle in meinem pom.xml enthalten sind. Irgendeine Idee, wie man das löst? Ich habe versucht, eine settings.xml hinzuzufügen, aber vergeblich. Settings.xml:

Sie müssen Ihre settings.xml so konfigurieren, dass sie auf ein oder mehrere Repositorys verweist, die die gesuchten Artefakte hosten. Sie werden in Ihr lokales Repository heruntergeladen. Zum Beispiel:

Ich bin nicht sicher, dass Sie Dateien anderer Benutzer auf dem Computer lesen können. Verschieben Sie Ihr Maven-Repository in einen anderen Pfad, z. B. C:/maven_repository, und ändern Sie in Ihren Maven-Einstellungen den lokalen Pfad. Dieser Fall funktioniert für mich.
