jeden Befehl und jede Kombination der obigen Ergebnisse in dem gleichen Fehler: Read timed out. Der Fehler tritt immer am selben Punkt auf (scikit-learn passiert bei 24%). Ich benutze die neueste Version von pip (8.1.2) und ich bin auf ubuntu mate 16.04. Der genaue Fehler ist:
