hat jemand eine Idee, wie man ein betiteltes Rahmenlayout wie in erstellt?

Auf this Website fand ich einen Trick, um ein Rechteck zwischen einem Objekt zu erzeugen. Vielleicht kann mir das helfen, eine solche Titelgrenze zu erstellen?
