Statt eine ausführbare WIN32-GUI hier zu geben, gebe ich ein bereit, zu einer COM-DLL kompilieren (der Anwendungsfall ist jemand COM-Entwicklung). Hier ist der Quellcode. Man kann dies in ein GUI seiner Wahl integrieren.
