Ich muss die Anzahl der Annotationen zählen, wenn ich mapView zoome, und bekomme Array mit denen auf der Karte gezeigt werden, und dann muss ich meine Tabelle neu laden und zeigen nur die auf der Karte angezeigt.

Wie für eine rasche 2.0 ich in der Regel diese mapView Erweiterung verwenden, um alle aktuell sichtbaren Anmerkungen als ein Array von MKAnnotations zu bekommen:
