Powershell zu Whitelist IP in IIS?

ich versuche, eine IP-Whitelist mit Powershell Whitelist. Ich möchte dies über eine GUI tun. Mein Code für IP-Whitelisting läuft sonst glatt, aber während GUI Ansatz wirft es Below Fehler:
