Wie kann ConstraintLayout für RTL richtig funktionieren?

Question

Weiß jemand, warum ConstraintLayout bei der Umstellung auf rtl alle Elemente zentriert?

android:supportsRtl="true" in Manifest festgelegt ist.

BookShelfActivity.java enthält nur Standard onCreate Überschreibung:

aber es ist i ein weiterer Fehler über rtl müssen es durch einen Kommentar hier https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=220103
