Ich habe den gleichen Fehler, aber unter Windows funktioniert normales HTTPS gut, als ich die Zertifikate zum Speicher hinzufügte, hast du irgendwo damit fertig? – JamesD

in diesem Verzeichnis:

/lib/security 

meiner Java-Installation, fand ich eine java.security Datei.

bemerkte ich diese Zeile:

#jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms=SSLv3, RC4, MD5withRSA, DH keySize < 768 

und diese:

jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms=SSLv3 

Und Jenkins und Bitbucket Plugin funktioniert.
